Two lovers have been told they would not be sent to jail for attacking a neighbour so that they can get their lives back on track.
The day before the attack Mrs Cantalapiedra went out to tell Finch that his car had been hit by another vehicle and the driver had run off, leaving the car behind. The following day she went out to empty her bin and saw a tow truck taking the vehicle that had hit Finch’s car. She suffered a dislocated shoulder following the attack in August 2016 but has since died from an unrelated condition.
