KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court in Najib Razak’s corruption and abuse of power trial today allowed an application by the defence for former SRC International Sdn Bhd director Suboh Md Yassin to refresh his memory on a statement given to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission during investigation.

During cross-examination yesterday which continued this morning, the defence suggested that all of Suboh’s signatures on the 17 scanned copies to AmBank were identical. Shafee asked if Suboh would be able to recall if the MACC statement was shown to him. Suboh said he might be able to.
