James Roddis admitted to kissing the woman without permission while in an overseas army delegation.
A former Army major general has been sentenced to six months' imprisonment, suspended for two years, for inappropriately touching and kissing a woman.
The military board also ordered him to 30 days of rehabilitation, 150 hours unpaid work and to pay his victim £2,500 compensation.'Displeasure' "She turns to the accused and asks him to stop.
