Priti Patel warns crooks cashing in on coronavirus crisis they're being hunted round the clock
CRIME gangs are being hunted round-the-clock by the country’s top cops for cashing in on the coronavirus outbreak - with a warning ‘we are on to you’.
The National Crime Agency has also contributed to the seizure of more than 1.7 tonnes of illicit drugs.: “Any criminal seeking to exploit this virus for their own gain, our outstanding police and law enforcement agencies are absolutely on to you.” She said 360 kg of Class A drugs have been seized and 70 arrests have been made by British Transport Police of those suspected of ‘County Line’ drug dealing.
