Arnold Circus in Shoreditch A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after two separate crossbow attacks in London. The man, 47, is being held at a police station in east London after being detained last night around 11pm. A raid on his address following his arrest found a crossbow, knives and other weapons, police said. It comes after man and a woman were injured with a crossbow in two separate but allegedly linked attacks in Shoreditch.
A poster was taped up to try and catch the shooter She was taken to hospital with the projectile still lodged in her skull. Another incident ten days later occurred 200ft away.
