Newspaper reports name the man who died as grandfather Steve Dymond, as ITV faces calls to make a 'strong statement'.
"I believe that Ofcom should conduct an independent review of the duty of care policies in place around the Jeremy Kyle show and other similar programmes."Mr Walker also called on ITV to make a"very strong statement" to take the programme off air permanently.
"It's 2019, we're in Mental Health Awareness Week and I think it would be a very strong statement from ITV that actually this is it, we're not going to be producing this type of show anymore and The Jeremy Kyle Show has run its course.
