Three masked men carried out the sickening raid at the elderly woman’s home in Hilltop Road, Oldbury at about 7.10pm on Saturday, just hours before Remembrance Sunday
Heartless thieves smashed their way into a 94-year-old’s home before stealing her dad's war medals in a despicable robbery.West Midlands Police are now investigating and said the thieves smashed the glass back door before threatening the pensioner with violence forcing her to open her safe.Police said although the pensioner was ‘unharmed’ during the incident she has been left ‘very shaken’ by what happened.
