She said the court had issued a temporary restraining order against the homeowners association’s decision not to allow those from Las Piñas to pass through the roads inside the BF Resort Village. “They don’t want me to build a sidewalk in front of the composting facility. They stopped the entry of the ready-mix bus to bring the ready mix to the sidewalk… They prohibited me from planting trees in the easement area of that composting facility,” she added.“I have already consulted my lawyers and instructed them to study the appropriate cases and actions in addition to the complaint which they granted me a TRO.
