A father left his one year-old daughter to burn to death in a car after being chased by police, it is lcaimed.
His daughter, Xena Ra’Liah Norman, died in the burning car on the side of the road in Spartanburg, South Carolina, after she was allegedly abandoned by her father. He is said to have slowed the car down, then jumped out of it and fled as it continued to burn, leaving Xena to die an agonizing death.
