Police found cartoon pornography of Homer Simpson and his daughter engaged in a vile sex act when they examined a computer seized from a Nottinghamshire father-of-two. Hundreds more comic strip-style images were also on the device which officers took from the home of Adam Nightingale.
“Just about everybody who sits where you sit today tries to make out they do not have a sexual interest in these kinds of images. But if you think that distances you, then you are fooling yourself. Stuart Pattinson, prosecuting, said police attended the defendant’s home address in Mansfield having received information that an internet address linked to him had been downloading indecent images of children. He said a computer tower was seized and on it were two of the most serious category A images, nine category B and 22 category C.
