The 39-year-old Iraq War veteran is accused of recklessly killing by forgetting them in his Honda on July 26 while he went to work. Rodriguez,faces potential manslaughter charges after he allegedly forgot about the infants and went to work at a veterans hospital in Kingsbridge for eight hours.The twins were later found unconscious and foaming at the mouth in their car seats.
The New York Post reports they had an internal temperature of 42C when a coroner examined them in the car.
