Over the summer, Prescott's ankle was a hot topic as injury rumors were making the rounds and he was spotted in a walking boot while on vacation in Mexico.Prescott suffered a gruesome right ankle injury against the New York Giants during the 2020 NFL season. Prescott suffered a dislocation and compound fracture, and it took nearly a year to recover fully.The latest setback is no reason to hit the panic button.
Last season, Prescott had one of the best seasons of his career. He threw for 4,516 yards, an NFL-leading 36 touchdowns, and nine interceptions. The effort earned Prescott second-team All-Pro honors and a nod to the third Pro Bowl of his career.
