The hotel is expected to open in 2026, subject to planning permission
Dakota has announced it will open a new luxury hotel at Manchester Airport. The award-winning hospitality group already operates a site in the city centre, which was recently named among the “best of the best” in the UK by Tripadvisor.
The site will feature the “outstanding service and stylish interiors” Dakota is known for. It will be conveniently located for both domestic and international travellers, with transport links right on its doorstep, including the M56, rail and the Metrolink.A planning application has been submitted to Manchester City Council following a consultation process with the local community. The building has been designed by KPP Architects with Atseer Planning advising the planning process.
