The suspect is described as a white male, about 5-feet-5-inches tall, with red hair and a beard, according to police. He was last seen wearing a blue crew neck shirt and police say the suspect could possibly have scratches on his face and body.“Dallas Police ask residents near the reported offense to be on the lookout for any suspicious persons matching the suspect description, and to contact police to report any suspicious activity or persons,” a news release from Dallas police reads.
