Dame Judi Dench has revealed the heartbreaking truth that her deteriorating eyesight has forced her to rely on others for assistance even when leaving her home. In a candid interview on Trinny Woodall's Fearless podcast, Dame Judi shared that she no longer feels comfortable venturing out alone.
'Somebody will always be with me' when she leaves the house, she explained. 'I have to now because I can't see,' she continued, adding, 'And I will walk into something or fall over.' Reflecting on her past, Dame Judi admitted she wasn't particularly fond of attending events by herself. 'And fortunately, I don't have to be now because I pretend now to have no eyesight,' she said with a touch of humor.Despite the challenges posed by her condition, Dame Judi remains resolute in her dedication to her acting career.
