Viewers were taken aback
Sunday night's episode of Dancing On Ice sparked complaints from a number of viewers following a segment which has drawn criticism.
But a routine performed by Coronation Street star Mollie Gallagher led to some complaints from viewers. Mollie took on a Ghostbusters inspired dance alongside Sylvain Longchambon. However, viewers were taken aback when the show was suddenly cut off at the start of routine to go to the ITV news studio. Viewers watched a fake breaking news report by ITV newsreader Lucrezia Millarini, who took part in Dancing on Ice in 2020, The Mirror reports.
Liverpool Echo reports Paul said: "Not sure #dancingonice that the Breaking News segment was in good taste with everything going on"
