English Bull Terrier, Bolo, attacked two people in a three month period last year.
Derek Marshall's pet named Bolo pounced on Usman Ghani in Rutherglen , South Lanarkshire, on March 22 2023.
Miss Thomson suffered a string of injuries including a fragment of the dog's tooth ending up in her leg.First offender Marshall, 55, pled guilty today to charges of being the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control. The hearing was told of the later incident on June 22 when Miss Thomson approached Marshall's property while walking her dog.
Mr Canning said: "The dog jumped at her and bit her on the left hand when she tried to protect herself."She tried to make off but the dog caught her right leg and calf area which caused her to fall to the ground."Miss Thomson's own dog attempted to distract Bolo while his owner screamed for help.
