Despite leaving the Harry Potter franchise 14 years ago, Daniel Radcliffe has amassed a fortune of almost £100 million. His wealth stems not only from acting but also from shrewd investments.
HARRY Potter leading man Daniel Radcliffe has banked almost £100m - even though he hasn’t played the wizard in a movie for 14 years. He earned over £6.6m for his company Gilmore Jacobs Ltd, which is still co-run by his parents Marcia and Alan Radcliffe. An insider said: “Even devoted fans of Daniel, of which there are many, will be shocked by the fortunes he’s racked up since he left the famous franchise behind and started a new chapter.
“But it seems his money isn’t just based on how much he’s been paid for his acting work, it’s also down to shrewd investments he’s made along the way which means he has a steady income, whatever happens.” From 2001 to 2011, Daniel is said to have earned a total of £75m, but he’s increased that sum by almost 30 per cent. His fortune is made up of investments and cash totalling £96.3m - but that only covers the period up to March 2024, and he’s been making around half a million pounds a month, on average. After Harry Potter, Daniel went on to star in The Woman in Black, Kill Your Darlings and Victor Frankenstein and his last film was The actor is set to return to the silver screen later this year in the heist flick, Now You See Me 3
