Danielle Armstrong shared a postpartum body update after welcoming her daughter Una, one, last year on her Instagram on Tuesday.
The ex- TOWIE star, 36, posted a reel to showcase her weight loss journey, which featured a year-old clip from when she was three-months postpartum as well as a clip of herself now.

'Lastly sleep and resting is just as important as all the above. Poor sleep can lower your metabolism, making it harder to burn calories. So getting to bed by 10pm and up at 6am.' At the start of the year, she shared her relief about not having to keep her pregnancy secret anymore and admitted that she was 'anxious' this time around.
