DAVAO City—The City Sports and Development Division will gather 50 youngsters from among the out-of-school youth for long-term training in various sports.
“We invited the barangays and we encouraged their OSYs that this is for free,” Aportadera said. “How’s this going to work? Our coaches and trainers of our teams who have won medals and recognitions will conduct the training.” Aportadera said that for swimming, participants from the Badjao community at Km. 11 Sasa have been specially selected.
