Dave Bautista wants to play Marcus Fenix in Netflix's upcoming Gears of War movie.
Following Netflix's announcement that it's partnered with The Coalition to work on a Gears of War movie, former WWE star Dave Bautista has once again thrown hisin partnership with developer The Coalition: a live-action film and an animated series. Now, Dave Bautista has announced that he really wants to get in on the action and take on the role of fan-favourite protagonist Marcus Fenix.
Of course, this isn't the first time Bautista has declared his interest in starring in a Gears of War movie. The actor with Universal execs to turn down a role in a Fast & Furious flick and pitch a Gears of War film instead.
