Portnoy filmed one of his famous one-bite pizza reviews at Pizza Leila in downtown Dallas on June 14, 2024.So he was pleasantly surprised by Pizza Leila’s cheese pie. He gave it a 7.2 score out of 10, comparing it to Ellio’s Pizza, a frozen product available at grocery stores. That’s a compliment.Portnoy may not have known it, but Pizza Leila is owned by the team who runs Dakota’s Steakhouse in downtown Dallas.
