has revealed another taste of his upcoming solo album: a cover of the Montgolfier Brothers’ “Between Two Points,” featuring his daughter, Romany.
The Montgolfier Brothers — a British duo made up of Mark Tramner and the late Roger Quigley — released the track in 1999. In a, Gilmour said he wasn’t necessarily trying to make their rendition different from the original, rather, “I’m just going wherever I’m led by the music, to try and capture something of what the original has.”
