David Moyes heaped praise on his former West Ham player David Moyes has claimed Declan Rice is worth £150m as he hailed the Arsenal midfielder as a future England captain. Rice completed a £105m move from West Ham last summer but Moyes has revealed he advised his former club to hold out for even more.
