The comedian was treated to a slice of lamington from a local bakery during his visit to Charles Frazer Quality Meats. He was in the town as part of the signing of his latest children's book.
Former Britain's Got Talent Judge David Walliams was spotted in East Renfrewshire over the weekend and 'enjoyed sweet treats' from a local business.
Charles Frazer Quality Meats shared a snap of the comedian inside their Newton Mearns shop. The popular author visited the town as part of his book signing at Waterstones, on Sunday, October 15. David, 52, had been promoting his latest children's book, The Blunders, before paying a visit to the butchers. It was great meeting you.
"We hope you enjoyed the sweet treats @Jingers, he loved the lamington. A huge thanks to Craig at Waterstones for an amazing turnout." The butcher is based at the Avenue Shopping Centre, where the celeb also stopped to take a picture outside the main entrance.
