At one point, Shepard explained, 'I discovered I had all this back hair from the backlighting of the gym.' 'And then I collected it to throw it away and I couldn't help but notice, this is the softest hair I've ever felt in my life.' He also joked that he has taken the bag of hair to set and shared, 'I brought it and I keep it in this bag now. And as you can see from the amount in it, it's gonna take a long time.'
