Brainiac Queen and Galactus Marvel and DC Featured

For months, the Superman foe Brainiac has been out to make new life and has succeeded by creating the Brainiac Queen. Brainiac's plans involving his bride could spell doom for the Earth and beyond as DC's summer event draws closer.
In Action Comics #1066 by Joshua Williamson and Rafa Sandoval, Superman mourns the loss of the Czarnians who have just been slaughtered by the Brainiac Queen. Brainiac coldly mocks his foe and reveals what the mad Coluan has planned for his monstrous masterpiece. Close Brainiac tells Superman that the Queen will slaughter the Man of Steel and his allies just as easily before turning her attention to Earth. She will then consume Brainiac's bottled worlds before moving on to the rest of the DC Universe, consuming every planet in her path to achieve her ultimate form.
Brainiac's Queen Gains Power By Consuming Entire Worlds Recently, Lex Luthor revealed that there are gaps in Brainiac's mind that are causing him to go mad. To rectify the gaps in his mind, Brainiac embarked on a mission to create new life. He traveled the DC Universe, studying metahuman power and making deals with alien races like the Czarnians to work on a powerful new strain of life.
Brainiac Queen is a relatively new villain, but she's made a hell of a first appearance. Plus Brainiac implies there's no upper limit to her power. He claims that she will go from world to world, consuming all life she comes into contact with. Not unlike the Marvel Universe's Galactus, a similar being who regularly threatens worlds by feeding off their energies.
