Colleen Campbell, 38, gave away her role in the killing by visiting a psychic – who apparently summoned her drug dealer ex from the dead during a seance., where they beat the 38-year-old for two hours in an ‘extraordinary act of barbarism’. He suffered 61 separate injuries as the gang, who she hired to rob him of cash or drugs, ransacked his home on July 2 last year.‘Colleen told me Thomas had come through during her visit,’ Lynn Campbell told Bolton Crown Court.
‘She said he told her these lads had hurt him and done something to his face… it was over a girl or girls.’At this stage only the killers could have known about his wounds as police had released few details, prosecutors said.Campbell was cleared of murder but found guilty of manslaughter.
