Authorities are trying to determine how a woman's body ended up on the side of the road in southwestern Bexar County . Deputies with the Bexar County Sheriff's Office responded to an area near U.S. 90 on Wednesday morning after receiving a report about a body found on the side of the road. Sheriff Javier Salazar said a high school student riding in a school bus thought they saw what appeared to be a body in the tree line and called her mom to tell her.
Man accused of sexually assaulting two women he met online in West Bexar County The woman is described as being in her 30s or 40s. She was wearing athletic clothes, had her hair in pigtails and had a floral-like tattoo on her left forearm. The sheriff said investigators are trying to figure out if the woman was hit by a car or if she was killed elsewhere and dumped. Her body has some trauma, but it could be from the impact of a vehicle, Salazar said. She had no obvious gunshot wounds.
