A deadly new TikTok trend is being consumed by young kids on the social media platform, according to a new study. The stunt, known as "chroming" or "huffing" has been promoted in more than 100 videos on the social media app and involves inhaling toxic fumes from household items such as paint, solvent, aerosol cans, nail polish or permanent markers.

The age range of the video creators were children , college students , young adults or anonymous . Half the creators were female .
