The actor, best known for his role in Death In Paradise, has been given a promising 4/7 chance by bookmakers to join the glittering line-up of the BBC One hit show, as reported by The Sun.
Their upcoming series, Will And Ralf Should Know Better, will challenge the duo to tackle life's hurdles as they cruise through their forties. Set to air on the newly rebranded U+Dave channel, viewers can expect to see the pair delve into spirituality and confront the fears of ageing, all while exploring the tricky business of living off the grid.
