Misa Amane from Death Note
Summary Death Note's Misa Amane is one of the most spirited, vibrant, and outgoing characters in anime. With her passion for fashion and energetic personality, it is no surprise that she is one of the series' most popular characters. However, her deep love for the protagonist Light Yagami leads her to dark places and encourages her to commit unspeakably cruel actions, becoming nearly as despicable as the serial killer himself.
Since Misa adores dressing up and models as her profession, it makes sense that her outfit would be fashion-forward and stunning. The cosplayer's hair is long and blonde, separated into two pigtails on top of their head. Finally, their eyes glow brightly with a creepy and ominous red hue. Visual effects take this Misa cosplay to the next level, providing a creepy backdrop. In the photograph, one of the elements that stands out most is Misa's shinigami, Rem. Rem is a gray, terrifyingly tall and demonic being who followed Misa everywhere after she used the Death Note. Over time, Rem grew to genuinely care for and love Misa, even breaking the rules of the Death Note and thus, giving up her own life, just so Misa could hopefully achieve happiness.
