Mr Ramage was found unresponsive in his cell on September 18, 2020
The findings of an investigation into the death of Kenneth Ramage in Maghaberry Prison have been published by the Prisoner Ombudsman.
On September 17, he received his medication and engaged with a Prison Officer at approximately 7pm. The night custody officer is also recorded as having carried out 11 checks from 7.30pm to 7am. At 8.47am, Mr Ramage was found unresponsive in his cell with medics being called to the scene, however he was pronounced dead at 9.24am.
