The deaths will be probed by a sheriff
David Berry passed away whilst he was within legal custody in Govan police office.A preliminary hearing has been fixed for 9.30am on May 12, 2023.One person said:"You were always smiling mate and giving us laughs, remember our times in Mountblow you were always the loudest and funniest, glad I got to see you as a man three months ago.
What a difference from that young boy.spokesperson said:"A post mortem examination will take place in due course to establish the exact cause of death, which officers are treating as unexplained at this time."As is normal procedure in these circumstances, the incident will be reported to the Police Investigations & Review Commissioner ."
