A brochure for the leasehold was shared by estate agent Perry Holt this morning with a new lease at £50,000 per year to be agreed, with regular rent reviews, when a tenant is found to take over.It described the unit as a retail premises “in a very prominent location, currently configured as open plan retail with loading and storage area to the rear”.
