Gedling Borough Council's planning committee will decide on whether to grant permission for the expansion of the Eagles Edge housing development in Nottinghamshire, which could add 141 new homes to the estate. The builder plans to offer a mix of detached, semi-detached, and terraced housing, with 21 different house types available. Some of the properties will be classified as affordable homes.
