A PUPPY was found “burnt to a crisp” and dumped in a bag outside McDonald’s after suffering severe chemical burns.
The eight-week-old pooch, who rescuers named Hope, suffered horrific 50 per cent burns all over her body which rescuers described as “beyond heinous”.
