The motion specifically named prosecutor Brad Bloodworth, alleging he encroached on attorney-client privilege in multiple violations of Richin's 6th Amendment right to effective assistance of counsel. The court documents also focus on a letter found in Richins' cell that was addressed to attorney Skye Lazaro, one of the trial attorneys on Richins' defense team.
