EXCLUSIVE: Katie Price is 'weighing up all her options' in her efforts to become a mum for a sixth time, after her ex husband Peter Andre welcomed a new baby with wife Emily
As Katie Price approaches her 46th birthday, she’s still firmly focussed on having a sixth baby, according to a source. The mum of five is currently loved-up with John Joe ‘JJ’ Slater from Married at First Sight and is “weighing up all her options” to add to her brood after failed surrogacy and IVF cycles.
Katie’s recently been showing off her blossoming romance with former MAFS star JJ, 31, describing their coupling as “fate”. When she first confirmed the rumours about the pair’s relationship, she said JJ “ticks every box” and proved he was a “real gentleman” who completely accepted her as she is. She’s already mum to 21-year-old Harvey, the son she shares with footballer Dwight Yorke, Princess, 16, and Junior, 18, with ex-husband Peter Andre, and her youngest two, Jett, 10, and Bunny, nine, from her marriage to Kieran Hayler.
When she appeared on Michelle Visage’s BBC Rule Breakers podcast, Katie was asked if she’d frozen her eggs and responded: “No, unfortunately, I can only use what I've got,” before saying she was preparing for another round of IVF with her then boyfriend Carl Woods, who she split up with late last year.
According to our source, the experience hasn’t put Katie off surrogacy completely. “She has considered surrogacy but it’s a complicated process and there’s a lot of work that goes into it. It’s possible to go abroad but it’s not easy,” they said.
