King Charles has thrown his support behind the Australia's Legacy foundation, joining the London leg of its torch relay in celebration of the charity's 100th anniversary.

The Monarch watched on as torchbearers lit the flame outside Buckingham Palace on Friday, marking the start of the London leg of the six-month relay.
