“What you’re gonna do is lift your chest nice and high, stretch it up, and then crunch forward pulling your knee towards your chest and push back up,” Austin instructs, as she crunches her chest, elbows, and knee together. “Pull your belly button up and in, engage your abs, and push back up. That’s it, a standing crunch. Do 15 on each side.
