Aaron Phypers, husband of former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards, is facing a lawsuit for fraud related to a stem cell treatment offered at his Malibu wellness center. The lawsuit, filed by Rupert Perry on behalf of his late wife Elina Katsioula-Beall, alleges that Phypers promised a 98% success rate for the treatment, which Perry claims cost $126,000. When the treatment reportedly failed to improve Katsioula-Beall's condition, Phypers allegedly refused to honor his verbal agreement to refund half the cost.
Have YOU got a story? Email Aaron Phypers is being sued over an allegedly failed treatment administered at his wellness center in Malibu, California.
According to the lawsuit, Katsioula-Beall, who was diagnosed with sarcoma in 2019, learned of a 'stem cell treatment' that Phypers' facility conducted on patients that she hoped to try to treat her cancer. Phypers allegedly boasted of a '98-percent success rate and he was so confident in it' that he offered to refund half the treatment's cost if it failed.
Perry claims that he and his late wife later requested the $63,000 refund in on February 8, 2024, and again on March 7 and March 29, with Phypers allegedly ignoring the requests each time.'On June 28, 2024, Mr. Perry spoke with by telephone, who acknowledged the debt but proffered a series of excuses for his failure to pay the $63,000,' the lawsuit alleges.
Perry goes on to accuse Phypers of 'misconduct,' which he claims was 'intentional, willful and done for the purpose of depriving Plaintiff of property and/or legal rights or otherwise causing injury.' Perry accused Phypers of 'misconduct' and wants him to pay the money to his late wife's estate. It's unclear if Phypers' wellness center is still active, as it is listed as closed on online directories; still from RHOBH
'It’s all a measurement of the electromagnetic spectrum frequency. I break down stuff so you can all heal you —' he continued, before clarifying that he didn't 'heal anybody' himself, but instead allegedly removed 'blocks, discord information.''Do you want to know why cancer comes in? Because it’s protecting you of an infection your immune system did not respond to and you would have died in 12 hours,' he said.
