Chewing gum, who?

Ready to freshen up? When it comes to dental hygiene, we know to brush our teeth twice a day, floss and even add some mouthwash into the mix. However, it’s not just these classic steps that’ll ensure you’ve got minty fresh breath: there are also natural remedies you can take, including enjoying a juicy piece of fruit.

Still thinking of reaching for the chewing gum?
