Denver forecast: Warm start to the week; mid-week storms

DENVER — It was a nice, quiet and mild start to the week work! And daytime highs will climb even more Tuesday around the Denver metro area.

The wet weather won't impact the Denver metro and plains. Look for mostly sunny skies Tuesday as highs climb into the lower 70s by the afternoon. The only caveat to the forecast will be the winds. It'll be a bit breezy with gusts between 20 and 40 mph.
