Deontay Wilder reveals exactly how himself and Eddie Hearn settled their long-term feud
The duo have have aimed jibes at each other and argued since 2018, largely down to their different stances over a showdown between the 'Bronze Bomber' and the promoter's fighterThe American heavyweight claimed that Hearn was the reason for the Joshua clash having fallen through during their turbulent relationship, with AJto team up with Hearn's Matchroom Boxing as part of a 5v5 card on June 1, where he will touch gloves with Frank Warren's contender Zhilei Zhang.
Hearn and Wilder have had many more dealings since the former WBC champion was set to face Joshua this year, with a signed agreement in place.to Joseph Parker in December 2023 derailed the showdown, however the 38-year-old will be hoping a win over 'Big Bang' can rekindle his hopes of facing Joshua.
"Obviously we've always had the rivalry through AJ, but I got told to sign a heavyweight for the division and I believe Deontay Wilder will bounce back in style.
