The Department of Education welcomed 47 new third-level officials, with Education Secretary Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara administering the oath-taking ceremony.
Undersecretary for Human Resource and Organizational Development Wilfredo Cabral noted that appointing longtime officers-in-charge in the field offices is one of Secretary Angara’s priorities since he took over the leadership of the Department of Education in July.
