This comes as the TUV's Timothy Gaston has submitted a motion of no confidence in the First Minister and the Economy Minister

Deputy First Minister Emma Little Pengelly has distanced herself from comments by the First Minister who questioned the due diligence of the British Heart Foundation in employing the former Sinn Féin press officer Michael McMonagle who was later convicted of child sex offences.

In response to a later question from the UUP's Alan Chambers, the deputy First Minister said that all MLA's have a duty to create the stability that will prevent the collapse of the institutions.
