Derry and Ulster champions Glen are through to their third successive county final after edging out Slaughtneil by two points in a tense, low-scoring battle in Owenbeg on Sunday night.
Glen landed the opening two points of the game with brothers Ethan and Jack Doherty splitting the posts. Danny Tallon and Shane McGuigan exchanged frees before the break with Watty Graham’s leading 0-3 to 0-2 at half-time with a few off-the-ball incidents heightening the tension further ahead of the second half.
