Premier Jacinta Allan has been accused of destroying Victoria's economy but a defiant Labor leader has said her state continues to be a 'great place' for businesses to invest.

"I think it's what's going to happen at the federal level as well, because the Prime Minister has promised a lot for Australians and he's delivered nothing. "In Victoria here, the Allan government is destroying the Victorian economy and Victorian businesses and families and small cafes and other micro businesses are really suffering here in Victoria at the moment as well. That's what Labor governments do unfortunately."
In Victoria, Labor has also won the last three elections, with Ms Allan replacing Daniel Andrews as premier last September less than a year into the four-year term.
