The mum of two children killed following a collision with a car has paid tribute to her 'beautiful angels'.
A man has also been released under investigation. Roman and Darcie's heartbroken mum, Emma, has now paid tribute “Roman had a heart of gold, dedicating his time to working with children in the community. "Rest in peace, our beautiful angels, Roman and Darcie. You were loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure. From everyone including your siblings Madison and Harrison.”
